The Bettas may not be fighting yet but they will sometime. Male Bettas will kill each other and it is unusual for them to coexist for any length of time.
When you see them opening their gills at each other they are threatening.


The gouramis may start to squabble too - at the moment they are not full grown.

yes u r right but they were together since 6 months without any fight as well as gouramis but some times I put a mirror agains them and they start to fight it self and as I said the only thing can describe this situation cause they are in iraq and all standards are opposit here:lol: Laughing Laughing

I doubt the fish act any differently merely because they're in a different country -- its all water to them.

Personally... I'd move one betta to a separate tank, before they decide not to coexist anymore.

I said that just for joke but I don't have any problem yet with two of my betta and I don't no why Shocked Shocked Shocked
