Maybe, but most likely not... if I do add any fish it'll be the sulawesi rainbow thingy... telmatherina bonti or possibly a few of the gobies

problem with any of those things is that they'd love to make a meal out of a shrimp lol

Yeah, I heard that the sulawesi black gobies eat anything that fits in their mouth...and they have a big mouth.

there are the yellows (abei) that are supposed to be more docile but not as easy to find... and still will eat a baby or juvie shrimp lol

Are you going to add different shrimp species than? Such as Caridina cf. spongicola? Brown Camo? Red Goldflake? Orange Delight? I wish my water was soft for Sulawesi shrimp. Are you going to keep it a bio-type or add some smaller fish not from Sulawesi?

As I find them I will, I already have brown camo (red orchid), but I really want the goldglakes... unfortunately spongicola is the one I refuse to get and the one I want the most, they've proven to be one of the most difficult of them all to keep alive, feeding in nature on the diatoms that build up on the sulawesi freshwater sponges... which I'd keep if the snails didn't eat the sponges themselves Laughing

Agh! Got me Laughing
Thanks nik! Post some updates of yours Very Happy

Thanks Fern, it's not as pretty as a few of my other tanks but it's twice as much fun!
And yes, that is an ongoing thing between us, back from my wee young days... don't even remember who started it Wink

It had to be Jun. I told her I'm coming back on the forum... hopefully she joins me. Wink

I see you still have the old siggie... I'll have to dig mine up, since my siggie makes no sense now that most of the tanks in it have been taken down. Sad

I'll post an update in the Aqua Lounge. Smile
