it doesn't look like a vallis.
the leaves are not as transparent.
they look thick...

It could be a saggitaria, but to me it looks like it isn't aquatic. But it probably is...

...looks like a dracaena to me. They have them at the LFS. It has dry looking leaves, and I wouldn't be surprised if it is a desert plant.

EDITS: on second thought, it is probably Vallisneria nana. Google it.

Thread necro strikes, but came across this while searching for something and had to comment...

I don't think it's Dracaena, Sagittaria or Vallisneria at all. Looks very much like Cyperus helferi to me.
