Pennywort came, I put it in my 20g coldwater.
My Ricca is no longer looking like a diaper:
A shrimp with lots of eggs
I think this is a really colorful male, but it could be a female very easily
Green!
A random picture of a chia pet that I picked up at goodwill for $3, my brother suggested putting some moss of ricca on a chia pet, interesting idea if it had a hold in the back for hiding and you want a lame "blue gravel" type of tank.
I picked this up at a thrift store in Ohio, you put a candle in it and it lights up and looks cool. I figured I needed some type of fish decoration besides my aquariums.
Got this knife in Amish country, it was lazer engraved by a Mennonite (the Mennonites and Amish "hang out" with each other, just the Mennonites use electricity).
I think once the plants in the back grow in it will look nice. _________________

I moved the rocks around a little (just reversed them really) and I moved the ricca so that it is "vertical" instead of horizontal. I got my r/o system yesterday and I plan on doing small 25% water changes to get them over on pure r/o. I would be giving pure r/o but...I AM GETTING A/S grade CRS! I am super excited because these shrimp are cool and aren't cockroaches like RCS. Should get here on the 15th of December. Once my tiger barbs get out of the rimless 15g I plan on getting some sulawesi cardinals in that tank. I got somebody who will cut me a major deal on them and my water is perfect for them. The cardinals will be F2 I think. _________________

Aren't you supposed to be adding something if you do pure R/O?
And...... pictures? _________________ - Rachel |

Hehe, the shrimp have yet to come, so I will get pictures to you guys on wednesday or thursday, gives more time for my trim to grow in. I will be adding 10% r/o until I can get Hinomaru Mineral Powder for them. Right now, the guy who has them is keeping them in pure r/o. I figure 10% reg. water is enough for a buffer and shouldn't raise the pH too much. Also have a KH and gH test kit coming, a drop checker, and some more plants that I traded for some mexican oak leaf. _________________

Nope, I might get some CBS later, maybe if my LFS has it. They are being shipped out tomorrow. Great deal, 20 bucks for 12 shrimp...with a trade of 150 Indian almond leaves. _________________
