so for Christmas I got a 5 gallon tank. I got a mix of black and white rocks and they look great. the tank came with a filter and 2 fake plants. I bought another fake plant and a rock. all of the plants are silk btw.
This is the full tank with everything in it.
here are some pics of my betta himself. he is a red crowntail named GammaAlpha and he is a Betta. haha its punny.
What do you think of my 5 gallon? _________________ In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. - Martin |

That's an interesting and nice setup, 59. Already up and running, I see. Did you end up getting the AquaCulture kit from Walmart???? It's longer than what your tank seems to be in the picture.

its not the one I originally planned on buying. its not the one in the boring-ish box. it is from walmart but it is the nicer one actually. this one cost $50 instead of $30. and thank you. _________________ In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. - Martin |

I actually took a few "zoom out" pics for the photo contest but for some reason my phone is not letting me send messages to my account on photobucket. Nothing new. He has grown a little bit but not a whole lot. I added my Dwarf frog and he is doing fine. _________________ In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. - Martin |

Yupp! Actually now that I look at it. He may have fin rot. What causes this.? What are the damages other than no fins? How would you go about curing it if there is a way? _________________ In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. - Martin |

Re-did the tank today! Put in some smaller plants that weren't doing so well in my 46 gallon. However I unplugged my filter in the change and it won't start back up! WHAT DO I DO??? _________________ In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. - Martin |
