May I suggest someone who knows what everyone is talking about create a sticky that covers most of the fish-lingo out there?
Not so much the abbreviations.. but things like "shoaling" and "flaring". Things that make sense to the veteran fishkeeper, but not the newbs. Try to include things like basic behaviours, tools of the trade, etc that people may not knows the names for, and are too shy to ask "what the heck does ___ mean?"

oh you mean on that very tiny link at the top that doesn't scream "hey newbies, come read me so you understand what people are saying"? OK. Ill look at it. But... realize I'm not the only one who missed this glossary link.. consider making it more noticeable?
