Lots of choice except for the ones most commonly found in stores.

The magic fish kits being touted as gifts are killifish but please don't encourage this trade by buying them.
You can buy the eggs from breeders, aquabid or ebay.

Would assume it would depend on the killi OP ..But don't think any one killi requires much of a tank .And if you keep more than one make sure they are not of the same sex or one is smaller .Most common killi is golden wonder .They will bully anything smaller than themselves period ! At least thats been my experience so far .
