I'd love to find one at 100 USD Laughing

Here they average 250-300 dollars each, now that's a bit pricy Razz

Gee, I hate plecos! Except for Hong Kong plecos, they are pretty! They kinda look different from regular plecos, they look as if they have 2 suction cups on their faces. They are so cute!

I'm not a big fan of plecos, maybe because they are too common here, they are everywhere! I got one gigantic pleco in my pond, my aunt's got one big one too. Plecos here cost about US$0.50 each. I thought about adding plecos into my tanks, but seeing how big they can grow, I decided to get some algae eaters and some cories instead. I saw Hong Kong plecos at the aquarium shop that day, thought about buying one (they were cute) but, well they're kinda expensive, and I worried that they will grow so fast like the rest of the plecos.

BTW nice pleco, but hmm I still prefer the Hong Kong one.

Hong Kong plecos are hillstream loaches and don't thrive in typical community tanks.
There are many pleco species that don't grow huge but all grow too large for small tanks.
