Sorry for the poor cellphone quality.

I don't know what seems to be going on with my paradise. He just keeps getting larger and larger. This started occuring about 2 weeks ago. What may this be? No other fish in the tank is showing any kind of symptom.

What are you feeding the fish on?
What are your water test results?
What is your water change routine?
Any changes or additions to the tank recently?

1) Combination of koi pellets, flakes, bloodworms, and shrimp pellets
2) Ammonia/Nitrite levels consistently low. Nitrate level was relatively high. Replaced about half of the tank's water (~22 gallons) a week ago.
3) First Sunday of every month a quarter is siphoned out and replaced.
4) None I can think off. Although his partner did die a little before this occurred.

What are the exact figures for pH, Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate.
Did the partner suffer similar symptoms before dying
