The 29 is down and everything it moved. The dust has settled and I'm pretty Happy. Needs a little Restructuring of the rockwork and the background needs to be fixed but other than that I like the overall look.

wow that tank looks great, is the blue devil damsel your only fish in that tank? _________________ Fishkeeping is not just keeping fish in tanks, it is an art, a science, and a way of life.
I want to get a Scott's Velvet Wrasse and 5 of some small schooling fish. I'm not sure what type yet. I had Reef Chromis there nice but I want something a little more unique.
DOH!! Log-in strikes again. I'll get used to that one day. _________________ 150 Gallon (567.811768 liters) community tank, 50 Gallon African Tank, 7 reef tanks, 6 FOLR, 28 freshwater tanks

Geez, that was quick! -What, within 24 hours and you've got it down?! I think it looks great, and what a helluva' transition you've made (it doesn't look bare like one might suspect when moving a 29's worth of live rock to a 55)... I'm even more envious now than I was with your original post, because now I've seen--your GOBY! (Man, those sucker's are cute.) Well, right on, nice job, keep us posted!
Oh, and I was just curious... How do you move your live rock, especially the stuff like the Alveopora? -It seems so fragile, I'd just faint if I accidentally broke a 'stalk' off of it, or something. _________________ "Nothing is good, nor bad, but thinking makes it so." -William Shakespeare
I had the rocks in pretty tight in the 29 Gallon. I spread them a little and purchased that plate rock.
Yeah I love gobies too.
Well I'm still holding my breath with the Alveopora it hasn't retruned to full bloom yet. I am hopeful though it does open up and its getting better everyday. Other than that Corals are a lot tougher than you would think. Actually the most fragile thing in a reef tank is the Coralline Algae(purple stuff on rocks) Exposure to air for more than a minute or two and its dies pretty quick. The only casualty from the move was a little damage to my Bubble Coral.
I bought everything I would need before I did the move. I also used almost every ounce of water out of the 29 so instead of cycling a 55 gallon it was more like a water change. _________________ 150 Gallon (567.811768 liters) community tank, 50 Gallon African Tank, 7 reef tanks, 6 FOLR, 28 freshwater tanks
That rock he's on is his rock. I had that rock set differant and in a differant placement in the 29 gallon and he used to perch on it constantly. I moved the rock to the 55 and then an hour later moved him. He swam straight across the tank found his rock and perched just like that and stared right at me. Gobies are cool.
