Yeah, they are pretty generic, people just slap their own label on it. I have one, it works great, but it needs a strong current or you will wait 6 hours to have enough water to do a 20% water change on a 90 gallon

I found that unless the water pressure was at least 40psi the membrane would not function properly. I was getting filtered water with a TDS reading of anywhere between 4 and 12 and ended up replacing the membrane far more often than I should have. I purchased a pump in the end that gives me a stable incoming water pressure of an optimal 65psi. My TDS readings are a regular 0 and the life of the membrane has been significantly extended. I get an output rate of about 7.5ltrs an hour which means less hanging around waiting for the collection barrel to fill up.
