This is my dream aquarium. I actually have a plan to set-up an Acropora aquarium just for these turquoise yellow dotted beauties. Ladies and gentlemans I present you the loveliest looking fish, Oxymonacanthus longirostris Razz

2nd place;
#08. Heather R
Wow, that sand color totally suits the Loaches. I feel like they might disappear any second. Very well composed.

3rd place;
#03. Alex Kawazaki
It was funny when I saw you entering this competition with Rams Laughing since I was preparing my photo of Rams too. For a second I thought of changing my image for something else, but then again what the hack, this should be fun Very Happy and I kept my Rams.
As always, your photos are a joy to watch.

Well done everyone.

Regards, Dusko.

1. #04 - Dusko. Beautiful rams, beautiful colors, well composed. Sparkling and crisp. Lots of movement. As usual, Dusko. Very Happy

2. #06 - nikelodeon79. There is a great deal of natural movement in this very pretty picture. Gentle and sweeping. A tiny bit grainy, but when the subject matter is this evocative, I can forgive grainy. Very Happy

3. #16 - MCHRKiller. First and second place were easy. This photo of the butter fish kept jumping out at me, despite its small size, so it has to be number 3. The juxtaposition of these two fish is very well caught.
It really says, "Couple." Are they?

Very Happy

The Butters fit my description of a couple in every sense of the word...they live peacefully together and never drift more than a few inches apart. Now as to if they are a male/female pair...I can't answer that as with the Butterfish there is no way to sex them. The reason the photo is so small is because I accidently changed my upload size to a max of 340pixels and was honestly to lazy to re-load another one as it was on a diffrent comp Laughing I do appreciate the votes...thank you everyone Smile
