Presenting Zeus and Athena, my male (on the left) and female (on the right) Gold Gourami (Trichogaster trichopterus). Zeus is following Athena around like a little puppy dog as usual (he seems to prefer Athena over my other female, Aphrodite). It was very difficult for me to get a shot of these two because they hide all the time. I sat by the tank for an hour or so and as soon as they would venture out, they would dart back into the safety of the plants when the "big black scary thing" (my camera) came into view. Finally, I decided to hold the camera up while they were in hiding and when they cautiously ventured out, I would quickly snap a picture as soon as they entered the viewfinder. With a lot of patience (and sore arms from holding the camera up ) I finally got a shot I liked.
