Your probably right to be a little nervous about putting more than one oto in a 10 gallon. They are kinda touchy with water quality. But 2 should be fine with weekly water changes. And if your willing to, you could keep 3-4 otos if you do twice a week water changes.

You should get more than one becuase there social behaviour is pretty funny and cute.

I used the Tetra Gel Feeder in my tank when I was gone for a week. It killed both fish (a clown and a green chromis) and completely polluted the tank. Luckily my shrimp, crabs, and snails are pretty robust... they survived.
