Hello everyone!
I was on the DIY board and reading about some of you guys' awsome electrical projects. So, I figured I'd ask something I have been thinking about for a while.

I have one of those old stereo systems where you plug in the wires into the main unit. I have turned it into a surround sound system. I would like to be able to turn off the power in the front speakers without having to pull them out of the back of the main unit. I was thinking of some sort of switch board. But this is where I am stuck... Confused how would I make one? I could make one if I knew what parts to use, but I have no idea!

Thoughts, ideas? Is this even possible???

Thanks for the all the help! I love this forum, I am so glad I found it. I did the saltwater tank thing with no help and thus I failed, and now I tried again with the lowest maintenance tank I could think of (the Biorb) and I am getting so enthusiastic about fish keeping again! Wink
