For February I'm introducing the idea of a little "themepic" just to help set the mood for the contest

Tankmates! Best photos portraying two different species getting along well! Reminder: The photo must be yours, but the photographed subject doesn't need to be.
Deadline for entries: February 28th.
Deadline for voting: March 7th.

Those other photos are really good. But there's no harm in trying. I guess Ill slowly get better each month. I still can't take good photos, I always get some sort of glare or flash which really distorts the picture, so this is a cropped frame from a video. It's not nearly as sharp as any of the photos I've taken. But at least it doesn't have some sort of reflection or white circle in the middle. So here's my attempt.

This is my red jewel along with his severum buddy. You can tell by the red colour of the jewel that it's almost ready for breeding. Hope there's no funny business between them.
Unfortunately I have an older paint/photo program and I couldn't get the water marks on the glass out any better.
This picture is a couple of years old and I don't have the plec anymore .
But I'd rather have this dirty picture than no picture at all!! My angelfish is still a juvenile here.
This picture taught me to keep my tank glass clean because you never know when a photo opportunity will come up.
