Does anyone else here like to eat or make really weird food? I type this as I enjoy a nice plate of peanut butter and guava syrup sushi and it has to be my favourite food. If someone in my house is making sushi, there'd better be at least a couple pieces with guava syrup and peanut butter... Mmm...
So, anyone have anything really weird? How about the recipes!
My sushi is pretty simple:
Mix up some sushi rice according to whatever recipe you want to use. Mine has rice vinegar, a couple tbps. sugar (to taste), about a tbsp. vegetable oil, short grain rice, and a sprinkle of salt.
Prep up the rice on your roller, add some Peanut Butter and Jelly (I use syrup because I'm a vegetarian, so no pectin) and roll it up. You now have some of my not-so-famous PB&J sushi!
Seriously, you should try it! _________________

When my daughter was young she loved peanut butter and cheddar cheese sandwiches. I figured it was a good way to get calcium, protein, and whole grain in one tidy package, so I was happy to accommodate her! |

The best way to eat peanut butter is in a peanut butter and honey sandwich, if I wasn't an athiest, I would consider it food of the gods
