Amazing
I received about 50 Bettas from Singapore the other day. They come separately in very small sealed plastic bags with a bit of air in it.
One bag was sealed without water and with almost no air in it. That Betta survived the three days trip from Singapore to Sweden. Yes, it was still alive and is doing great in our aquarium. _________________

Wait, the bag had no WATER in it, but the betta survived? I could see maybe somehow surviving without the air, but no WATER? If there was no water and no air, what was in the bag (other than a betta)?

Bettas have the 'labywrinth' organ don't they? So they can breathe atmospheric air.
But the lack of moisture I thought would have killed it.. |
