My yo-yo does that a lot too. My guy is about 2.5 inches long now. I just bought a Burmese border loach to keep him company...yo-yos are hard to come by around here. They're getting on great. I see them swimming together all the time.
That's a cool loach you got there. That short clip makes me want to get a loach now. But I need a bigger tank _________________ -Joey, aka, AsianSensation, you know it
I decided to post this on here just to show everyone how distinct the "yo-yo" markings can become on yo-yo loaches. This is my yo-yo with his new buddy that I believe is a Burmese border loach. My yo yo loach is currently about 2.5-3 inches long.
It takes a lot of practice and a lot of shots to take good fish pictures. I didn't use the flash for that one. It probably wouldn't have been so grainy if I did, but then it also would have had the reflection of the flash. I only got away with no flash because I have 275 watts of PC lighting over that tank.
It's nesaea...I just finished planting that tank last night so I'll have to see how good of a job I do keeping it alive. It's supposed to be a difficult plant.
