|
|
Hi All,
I hereby present my mini nano aquarium (0,5L or 0,1G). The aquarium was originally a toy with two fake fish in it. On top under the black hood there was a tiny whole to add water to the mini aquarium. An inside mini motor created a water flow on which the fake fish moved along the tank.

I'm not sure about size issues and the like, but perhaps a small shrimp could go into the tank to create a bit of movement? _________________ 15G: Community around a Bolivian Ram |

| I almost skipped the part where you said you didn't put any fish in it, just snails! |

Thnx for feedbacks.
msta -> I'm not really sure about the shrimp. I was thinking about it, but I can only get amano shrimps or red nose schrimps at my local fish store. What would you guysput in it if you have such a nano?
I received a very small neon tetra from a cousin, but I think it won't have enough space to swim around. He gave me his last tetra after the others were eaten by his bigger fish (I warned him for that but he really wanted those tetra... some people should not keep fish
Angela G. -> I saw those mini tanks and that is what inspired me to be honest. Maybe I'll sign up if a contest for smallest aquarium of the month shows up |

| Sorry, you don't have the smallest nano! I have a 1 gallon but no pics yet. It currently has dwarf hairgrass and water wisteria and 1 ghost shrimp. I won't be putting fish in it unless I need to medicate or something of that nature! |

Very cool. I have something kinda similar. I've gotta pickle jar that I just top off with old aquarium water.
Of course, I could never put fish in there, but the common pond snails and copopods are fun. The tiny cyclops are hard to see, but fun to watch dart around. Who said itty bitty can't be fun? _________________ Never sniff a gift fish.- Patrick McManus
