I would like to present you my new baby NANO CUBE
This aquarium I have at work (ZOO Shop).
I started it a week ago, without waiting a single day for nitrogen cycle. Everything was added the first day (plants, fish, shrimps).
This would not be possible without adding the Aquatic Nature BioBacter 2 in 1 that is actually a living bacteria colony. And it works like a charm.
www.aquatic-nature.com/site2
The aquarium is as well from the Aquatic Nature , as well as the pressurized CO2 system, and I love it!!!
The lights are just amazing, two fluorescent compact tubes. Well it is more like each tube has two stripes, so it makes it 4 light stripes over the tank. They are 11 W each and very tin (thinner than T5).
The whole program is Aquatic Nature. The substrate is same as the ADA soil.
CO2 system is the same...well you have the picture.
Flora;
front left - Crypto spp. front right - Lilaeopsis novae-zelandiae
Bog-wood with Java Moss beside the bog wood right - Alternanthera reineckii ''roseafolia'' , mid centre some kind of water Lily (not sure)
Back left - Rotala rotundifolia back centre and right - Microsorum pteropus 'Windelow'
Fauna;
9 Hyphessobrycon rosaceus
2 Otos
2 Amano shrimps
CO2 - 1 bubble per 2 sec. (ceramic diffuser)
everyday one drop of the Aquatic Natures Aqua Plant 24+ Activator
lights on for 9 hours.
Regards, Dusko. _________________

Very well done Dusko...the layout is highly pleasing to the eyes and I can already imagine the number of customers who'll be asking ""How much for one of those?"
But are you sure you can't hide that heater a little bit better? _________________

Having a tank like that would be very pleasing and relaxed, a big break from having a 75g! I'm definitly pondering seting up something new, maybe with cardinals. I have a ton of plants I could transplant from my old tank tooo! Dusko your pictures rule I love how clear they are . Keep us updated on how this things run _________________ 125g project

I agree with you, it does hurt the eye but the whole idea is to show every piece of Aquatic Nature's equipment to the customers, so we can discuss about it.
We should wait for this aquarium to mature a little before the final cut . I have to train these plants to stay compact, so from next week I am starting nipping off the plant tops (Rotala and Alternathera). Bonsaiii
Thanks for your comments.
There is more to come. I am starting soon a 240 liter planted CO2 at my work. Still planning what to do.
Kind regards, Dusko. _________________

Thats an awsome tank. I'm in the process of putting a smaller tank together and looking at your tank makes me want to put everything I have into it.
Awsome |
