today I gout rid of the sand substrate in my tank as the plants were struggling, I replaced it with root therm heating and red sea flora base plant substrate aswell as a pressurised co2 system so as u can see I've spent a lot of money I'm weel into my plants but now its all installed is it as good as your local lfs says if so what do u sudgest I do now , I have some plants left over from my other tank cambomba , vallis , cryptocornes ,amazon sords and plenty of bogwood is the general idea to start with these sort of plants for tor the first month then try some harder plants to keep later on ,, also I'm very interested in covering the aquarium floor with hairgrass etc but haven had much sucsess in the past am I on the right lines with this setup thanks _________________ d f mason |

| It would help to know the size of your tank, and how much lighting you have over it. I'd assume you have some what high light at this point, if you have a CO2 system. |
