I have a 120 gallon with 5 tinfoil barbs, an albino oscar, and a black shark. I'm looking for a plant that can survive in low lighting and can survive my fish. Would something like java moss work in my tank? _________________ 120 Gallon Freshwater |

for sure. also try anubis nan and java fern as most fish will not touch these plants and they make the tank nice looking. _________________ "I am a wildlife warrior, and I will fight, fight to the death for wildlife." - Steve Irwin |

Your Oscar can easily damage the smaller Anubias species and Ferns. Try the bigger species if you want to try them.
They won't eat the plants, but it does not stop them from damaging them.
The easier Mosses will work here as well. You can also try Crypts. _________________ Aquaspot World - http://www.aquaspotworld.com |

I got some anacharis and they haven't touched it so far. It's floating on the surface. Hopefully it will do well in my tank, since I have low lighting. _________________ 120 Gallon Freshwater |
