| With the Ivory Coast in this years World Cup the civil war the country was undergoing actually STOPED!!! They stoped fighting to suport thier team. No other sport in the world can claim that. |

Oh yeah.  I didn't know Canadian football was a pro sport. I thought it was more like Swedish kickball.

Back to the original question (sorry I'm too tired to read all the other posts  )
I'm a rugby girl all the way....and I can tell you honestly that nothing can compare to the atmosphere in every pub on the night Wales won the six nations with a grand slam last year (actually year before now that we're in 2007)....I will never forget how great it was and it's something I'm glad to have had the chance to whitness.
