As you can see below- it's practically RO water that comes out of the taps here in East Dunbartonshire in Scotland. This is great for my favourite fish -blue rams and cardinals - a happy coincidence. Not so good for growing my lovely aquarium plants though... I have to add Ca and Mg with water changes otherwise they die off.

Nitrate: 0.12 mg/L
Nitrite: 0.005 mg/L

Fe: 0.011 - 0.05 mg/L
Ca: N/A
Cu: 0.03mg/L
Lead: 0.0007mg/L

And many many many other trace elements.
