Thanks Patricia Smile
About air bubbles: It's much better not to add them when you are adding CO2 to the tank. Plants will provide more than enough O2.

It doesn't look like s soda bottle

That's because it's only the input air line you see in the pic Wink , the bottle is located under the tank.
For more details about DIY CO2 bottles visit these links:

Update:

You can now see the Java Moss carpet in the foreground Smile , but it still needs time to spread.
I've also added some Anubias nana, another small rock, and installed a new bigger filter.

Costs have rised to 50$....not bad huh Cool

Cheers!

I am interested in those lights, where did you find them???? I am setting up a 10 Gallon tank for my wife in her knitting store and we want the design to stand out. Those lights would be a perfect addition and would provide enough light to do some higher light plants. Your aquarium looks incredible, the hygro is so dense and healthy looking, you always get the look just right.
peace

Thanks for the comments guys Wink

silenoz, I don't know where they're sold in the U.S, sorry. I found them at the LFS here in Amman-Jordan. But I will search for some web deals and I will let you know if I find anything Wink
Cheers!

Just a suggestion, instead of java moss for a carpet I think marsilea would work and look much better. BTW I really like the tank and rocks.

Yes I agree with you newatthis Smile , but as I said earlier, I'm very limited with plants here and I can't find any good carpet plant these days!
