my daughter brought home a goldfish one day. (I think he was a feeder fish) how hes over 6-7 inches long and she named him "goldie".

I like the suggestion of Lynx, as well...
But Diablo is pretty cool. =D _________________ In the beginning, the Universe was created. This made a lot of people angry, and has been widely regarded as a bad move. |

I always like to give my fish "people names" because it makes them feel more personal; espicially in large cichlids because they are very owner responsive. It doesn't matter to me if the gender is correct or not. For example, when I first got my flowerhorn it was too small to sex, but I felt attatched to it, so I went ahead and named it Jeff, but I now known "Jeff" is a female. I just feel that people names make fish feel more like pets and less like objects. _________________ I'm Back  |
