Iv recently bought saltwater setup and I'm thinking of buying two cleaner shrimp but my fish are rather small will it matter if the shrimp are larger than the fish and will it still clean them or does the shrimp need to be smaller than the fish?????

The shrimp don't care what size the fish is.

Just make sure your fish are compatible... even small specimens of Triggers, Puffers, Groupers, etc. may grab a shrimp upon acclimation if you're not careful...
everyone loves a shrimp dinner!

just make sure they get a bit of a feed now and then. pinch some flake food between to fingers and stick your hand in! rather an odd feeling being cleaned by a cleaner shrimp!
