That sounds good, it would be nice to find an angel which would look good with my clowns. I am also wondering about Invertebrates? Can I have those in with my clowns in my 32 Gallon? I'm looking at the Lysmata amboinensis.

Also, I had read that as long as tangs were from the different Genus they wouldn't fight. Is this true? Does anyone have experience with this?

Also, about the Quarantine tank setup. Isn't that kind of minimalist for the fish long term? I don't know, but to me it seems like being put in a room with no windows and nothing to do. Wouldn't the fish be miserable?

Mixing Tangs is possible if the tank is big enough. I have a Kole and a Yellow in my 125 and a friend who has a 375 gallon tank has it a predominantly Tang tank. You can do it but be prepared for issues. My friend has had to go through a few different fish to find ones that get along. I wouldn't mix Tangs in anything shorter than a 6' tank though.

QT may seem cruel and pointless until you don't do it and that cute little fish you just added introduces a disease that kills everything your tank. When you are dealing with saltwater species it is very important to QT everything. Not doing so is a severe gamble with the lives of your other fish.

Oh, I'm not debating the usefulness of a having a second QT tank at all. I recently had the experience of adding two new angelfish to my 55 gallon freshwater only to have both of them die. Upon returning them I found out that they were sick with Fin and Tail Rot and that all of the other fish in my aquarium would have to be medicated. I am going to set up a 10 gallon QT tank for my freshwater soon.

What I was questioning what the comment someone had posted which I took to understand that he was telling me to set up my main tank as a QT tank itself. I just couldn't keep my fish in a tank like that permanently. I'd feel like a cruel owner.
