I was wondering if anyone could give me a list of live foods I could culture for adult discus. Would mealworms work?

Here: http://www.livefoodcultures.com/Daphnia.html

I also found out that indeed, Daphnia can be fed to adult discus. Dallas Discus only feeds their adults Daphnia.

You can culture white worms, blood worms and mosquito larvae too but I'm not sure whether they're suitable for discus food.
