Hi, I have had a shoal of eight of these little things for several months now in my 54L tank (with a pair of rams and a Panaqolus) - they are great fun, scrabbling for the flake in the morning. pH is 7.5 and temp ca. 29

Olorin: A word of notice... My lampeyes decimated half of my cabomba during their breeding activities and basically chewed it up. Half of the cabomba is green, healthy, and wonderful, but half is now pitiful stump.
