Some candidates didn't quite grasp the idea of this contest, but most of them did and there are some amazing entries! I just spent about 5 minutes trying to decide which one to vote for and couldn't make a decision, I'll have to give it some more time _________________

dr_fosg8's red zebra got my vote, though I would also like to vote for Ensonik's bronze cory, and 2la's darter. Tula's is very clear and sharp, and the darter is gorgeous in his full glory. That shot should be in an aquarium book. I'm not sure what the cory is doing. Mine just root in the sand and mind their own business, so I find that shot very intriguing. That red zebra though, is about to take a bite out of my monitor and I had to give it my vote. I like the composition and background as well as the action in the shot. _________________ Happy fishkeeping!

I had a feeling 2la was going to pull one of his Poeciliocharax weitzmanni photos...those fish are just perfect for this contest
I had a set of photos which I was planning on entering one but it looks like I'm a bit late. |

I guess its obviopus what the best picture is ( by 2la) and the thing is that those fish are not seen with frequency in LFS OR LPS. Too bad but they are colorful. _________________ Get attached, love everything now, then, suffer when it comes to an end, for it will bring great meaning to one's existence. JR |

okay, someone needs to start emailing magnus and verse when we have these contests! I really liked a lot of the shots, though I think LM and 2la's entries capture the spirit of the contest best... my vote went to 2la... _________________ 65g Future Anemone Home |
