First of all, you should be a little more specific about what you want. What kinds of fish/other animals are you planning on keeping? How big of a tank will it be? How much time, effort, and money are you willing to put into it? Do you want it to be tropical or temperate? There are so many different ways you can put together a terrarium or paludarium (the term for a part land, part water tank). The only limit is your imagination! Well, that and what you can get your hands on to put it together. I have plenty of ideas for you if you'll tell me what you're looking for. Also, you'll find plenty of advice and ideas if you do an internet search. _________________ Pretty as a pictus! |

OK...but the guy asked for help with a terrarium, not an aquarium. Fish don't live on land. However, if it's a paludarium you can have a water section with fish if you want. _________________ Pretty as a pictus! |

oooo yes!
you can get a specail divider thats about 5 inched high and you can have rocks on one side and water on the other and then u can add your fish on the water side. Just be sure to buy a corner filter to add to the water side. _________________
