What should be in the 30 gallon
Rainbow tank (probably Praecox).

I vote for the small american cichlids and a few small tetras

I would go with the endlers, I am getting ready to put endlers in a 30g myself. They are really nice fish to look at, and readily bread for you.

Von Rio (ember) tetras.. their calming, pretty, and active though they are hard to find sometimes...

I go with the Small South American Cichlids, I guess from a personal point of view this would be a complete contrast to what I keep at the moment so I would go for something totaly new. Good luck with the project.

I can't figure out how to vote, but I'm for the rainbows.... I'd recommend maybe getting a few threadfins, as well.....
