Hello all,

It's been forever since I posted anything here (years actually). So I would like to start things with this little video I've made of my DIY mini indoor pond. I say mini because it is small (5-6 gallons), that's why it's a cool idea for people who live in apartments and can't have large ponds. Plus, the whole thing cost less than $100.

So far it's been running for more than a year with no issues Wink
Let me know what you think!

Neat idea but not for goldfish. A trio of medakas would be more suitable.

Those poor fish at a year should be about 4-5 inches long.

I agree with diademhill. The pot will eventually have such a load of ammonia from those goldfish that it will either produce a large algae bloom/growth, or it will kill some/all of the fish or make them susceptible to disease.

I do like the idea, though. It would be awesome to have a mini pond inside the house. Very Happy
