So, I am really looking forward to hearing more about this!
Even with the cell phone pix I can tell those are some nice Queen Arabesques.

Thanks, yes they are, got them from a friend of mine so got a good price on them and their tank. Theres 2 wild caught males, 1 wild caught female and 2 F1 females from another group. Pretty sure the male is fanning eggs already, He's not coming out to feed. _________________ 47 tanks and still adding!

I'm starting to become really interested in L numbers...these particular ones are nice!
What size tank are you using? And (bit of random question), how thick a layer of gravel are you using?
Well done if the male is fanning already, keep us posted |

The tank is a 20 long, The gravel is only just deep enough to cover the glass. I don't plant my pleco tanks so there is very little need for a deep sand bed. _________________ 47 tanks and still adding!

From the pix, that gravel looks like a nice, fine grade. What's going on with the loops of airhose in the first pic?

Understood. I see you're up to 47 tanks now!
So did you establish that the male was definitely fanning eggs? _________________

Not really even with a flash light the way the caves are made you can't see in them to well.
Oh and by the way once the racks are built, I'll be up to 63 tanks. _________________ 47 tanks and still adding!
