Got your link. Just so happens, I was making up an order for them any way. I will buy and give it a try. Thank you so much. I'll let you know how it works. _________________ A house is not a home without a dog, some cats and a few fish. Just don't put them altogether. |

What were you ordering?
A lot of stuff on the market is a waste of money but the Kent product would make your bottled water safe to use. |

no more chemicals. Want to stick to water changes and fodd. Keep what goes in tank to a minimum. Also get my filter media for my various filters. Buy unassembled and in bulk. Have 4 filters running at this time. _________________ A house is not a home without a dog, some cats and a few fish. Just don't put them altogether. |

| Filter media lasts for years. You can buy generic wadding or fish safe foam & cut it to fit. |

I've got foam, but what about the corser fibre floss for BB to grow on. Can I just use foam for both pieces? _________________ A house is not a home without a dog, some cats and a few fish. Just don't put them altogether. |

| Foam is OK for both. Beneficial bacteria doesn't care what it grows on as long as it is non toxic and has a huge surface area. |

I got a large piece of foam at the aquarium store for filters. It was pretty cheap. So I'll just use that. Makes sense. Thanks. _________________ A house is not a home without a dog, some cats and a few fish. Just don't put them altogether. |
