Hi,will the minnows be OK in an unheated tank in a sort of warm room.
The tankmates are 1 bitterling and 1 small black comet.

White Clouds actually prefer cooler water, so they should be fine, depending on tank size.

The goldfish will require a rather large tank, and bitterlings are shoaling fish so hopefully your tank is large enough to accommodate a few more.

Yeah my comet is tiny and my bitterling is doing fine on his own.my tank is 40 litres.how many can I put in it??

None, unfortunately. That size tank is already overstocked with just the goldfish alone. The comet may be tiny now... but won't stay that way long.

I agree. I recently took a comet to the LFS that was over 8 inches. Big guy.
