Hi, I have a 90 gallon tank with four juveniles Burundi Frontosa, my substrate is white sand, my problem is the tank getting green!!!! my sand is covered with green algae and the rocks too, please tell me how do I get rid of this....

What are the water parameters?

Is it green algae or slime algae?

pH is 7.5, 26 temp, nitrate ect...OK, and its green algae not slymy at all, what can I do to get rid of this? thanks

It is caused by an imbalance in the tank nutrient supply.

You need to balance available plant nutrients & lighting.

What light does the tank have, what fish & what are the actual water parameters and change regime?

What is the lighting system being used. More than likely the lights are to strong and staying on TOO long.
