After long time of no babies, my last adult female got berried multiple times and I have several new babies. I was cleaning out my aquarium I put them in my only spare aquarium for only a day and all of the babies got stuck down in the rocks in the aquarium and died. The only thing that survived was my adult male and adult female. but the shock from water change in the new aquarium was too much and the berried female died. Is there anyway to save the eggs?

I hate that you lost those pretty shrimp. I'm afraid that I don't know of any way to save the eggs. I had this issue with a berried female crayfish that molted. I was hoping to save the eggs, but it seems that once the eggs are aborted, they tend to die off quite quickly.

That is one thing to remember - large water changes (or any change in water chemistry) tends to trigger molting in the shrimps and crayfish. Since the eggs are attached to the exoskeleton, they are aborted when the critter molts. Maybe you can get a hold of some more one day.

Hopefully. I still talk to the guy I bought them from so I bet I could get some more.
