Horribly dissatisfied with this tank, turned it into more of a low tech tank, stopped fertilizing and took off the co2... didn't think about how this would affect me other than less maintainance... boy was I wrong, have algae like crazy (just green water and green dust algae)
I'm working on cycling a 10 gallon to move all my CRS/CBS into so I can turn this one into a sulawsi invert biotope tank.
Before I had the green water outbreak, here's the tank:

Are those LEDs? How are you finding them?
Also, is that Hydrocotyle tripartita in the back corner? Looks like a nice plant, bit out of the norm. _________________ Fishing in the Rivers of Light |

More light, less plants, no Co2 = more algae.
I would dose Excel (unless you have plants excel kills) and add the co2 back. |
