I JUST HAD BABY PLEC*S IN MY 113L tank and I also put about 45 of them into a ten gallon tank only becouse I have 6 angel fish that would probably eat the young I'm new at this breeding thing iv'e posted question so I am just hopeing someone can give me some answers if I am doing the right thing for my baby plec*s by seperating them from the father even thow I left a few in the 30 gallon with the dad... they seem OK in the 10 gallon and they are eating of the glass and on cucumber so I must be doing something right..... Razz

The kesy to raising fish is plenty of food and plenty of good quality water.
If you want to attempt to raise more than a handful of these fry you need more volume.

What do you mean Volume?.. a bigger tank... more food they are doing pretty good right know there digestive system is good they are eating the cucumber and green beans and you could see them pooping...hahahaha.. so there doing pretty good the water I used was the same water from my 30 gallon tank where they where born so thats fine I just change it again today.... and they look good actually about 1/2 inch long.... Very Happy
