If you were exposed and never caught it, it could mean your immune system is particularly effective at wiping out TB.
I still wouldn't put your hands in the tank with open wounds though, risking 6 months to a year of very unpleasant antibiotic treatment ain't worth it.

Mostly gastrointestinal pathogens, including Salmonella (as already mentioned), Aeromonas sp, Plesiomonas shigelloides, and Vibrio cholerae - all of which cause diarrhea. See here (theres a PDF link). _________________ Fishing in the Rivers of Light |
