OK I know I can get them there but I was just wondering if there was anywhere else, but I guess not. and how ofte do I need to change my carbon wheel ( mine has been running in my filter for a couple of months and it is turning a light brown to rusty orange colour.

I've never heard of a carbon wheel. Do you mean bio-wheel? If so you should never change it unless it gets broken.

I'm not quite sure where you are getting your information from...

A biowheel serves as a surface area for which aerobic bacteria can grow, and convert the ammonia to the (relatively) less harmless nitrate. It does not remove carbon from the water in any way.

Now that we've cleared it up Laughing Bio wheels should never be washed or replaced. You should only need to wipe off the spindle (the 2 rods on the ends it sits on) from time to time to keep it spinning well. It only needs to be replaced if it manages to get broken and is no longer a cylindrical shape that will spin.
