Is this light supposed to come with a ballast? The packaging says it is, but mine didn't come with one. Mine also had a broken 96W PC bulb. It looks like someone opened the package, undid the PC light, took the ballast, sealed it up, and shook it up so the bulb broke. A real nuisance, especially since the store I got it from is 45 minutes away. Luckily I'm going there on Friday.
So, do you buy the ballast seperate or does it come with it?

| Yes, it should have a ballast. It also should have intact bulbs. Take it back. |

Lol... for some reason that cracked me up (pun intended).
I'm going to take it back today and then I can go get my sump on Friday! Hopefully my old 2X65W will fit into the stand...
