So I couldnt figure out why my 8 fish would huddle around a 10"x12" area in a 55 gallon tank. I figured since I changed the landscape again and put the drift wood and only 1 plant in the middle with the air wand they were scared. So I took my fish net and pushed half to the other side of the tank, but they came back. Did it again today, they came back to there little spot. I have this mirror I took from a job site and had put it behind 1/3 of the tank, I took the mirror out and walla! The fish now moved out of there spot. Now its about half and half. Perhaps they felt safer seeing "double" the fish? Id put it back but I don't like the idea of them staying confined in one area, 55gallons needs to be explored!
This was how they were before (click thumbnail)
