Oh no! Wish you the best... that's such a beautiful tank. (And your Scopas Tang is stunning.)

I finally got my lighting the way I want it...looks much more even and isn't popping the elect meter so much. Smile Left and right side of the tank are 150 watt 10K XM Double Ended Bulbs and the center section is a 250 watt 10K Ushio Double Ended bulb.

Your tank is stunning. I think the new lighting arrangement makes it look even better.

for what I imagine is a rather expensive set up, wouldnt it be good to keep a generator handy for when you lose power?
-just a thought, nothing critical

Brett...those are clams...and they do grow. Cool

msta...it isn't allowed in my building for noise reasons. I am looking into a power inverter set that will run a heater and a powerhead but that only works in the winter. We lost power for days here last summer. Current contingency plan is to take the corals to someone's house that does have electricity. Our local reef club has many members spread all over so that plan will have to work for now. I will be buying a house in the next year or so and then a generator is mandatory.
