what is this yellow cichlid?

these are hybrid cichlids. The first is an albino hybrid mbuna, likely the mix of about 2 or 3 species. Mildly aggressive, and quite a common hybrid. Care should be equivalent to the metriaclima types of mbuna.

The other two are "peacocks". The yellow guy is commonly sold as a strawberry peacock or AER, short for albino eureka peacock.

the darker peacock could be male or female as it's hard to tell in those pics. It might be one of a number of commonly sold hybrids.
