What a great find! This morning it looks like morning traffic in a big city.
That would make for a great screen saver. _________________ "... instead of considering what to say when they write, people now just let thoughts drool out onto the screen,"

6 million gallon turnover in 90 minutes- the filtration system must be a monster of its own.
I also wonder how much silicone is used for something this large? And what the facility's flooding insurance policy entails? |

| I doubt they use silicone. I'm guessing some serious o-rings around the perimeter of each window, so that pressure seals them. Steel and concrete framing, so that the windows CAN'T move. With that kind of material thickness, I wouldn't really worry about anything short of an earthquake breaking the panels. Or an anti-tank weapon! |

It doesn't work on mine either, although I'd like to see it. they have 4 whale sharks there that they're trying to breed. no success so far.....
oh well, I'm going to the shedd aquarium in chicago during march. they may not have whale sharkes, but they've got plenty of other interesting aquatic specimens on display. _________________ New to fishkeeping? Click the banner
