I have a wierd cocoon looking growth taking over my liverock... it's white, and looks like fuzz... I don't have a very good camera, but it looks like a cocoon, but they are EVERYWHERE! do I have a bad infestation or is this OK?

if the tank is young, I.e. under a year old, then tanks go through many boom and busts as it matures. You might just be having a bit of a population boom of whatever it is.

If its small and just looks like a small blob of goo in cocoon shape and is in the shadows of the live rock, then I wouldn't worry.

If that doesn't seem like the answer, then a pic is probably best.
